Chuck’s steak house of Hawaii first opened its door January 1967 in Santa Barbara. Introducing the first exhibition broiler and salad bar, this town had ever seen. Chuck’s has always taken pride in buying, aging, and serving only premium quality Beef, Chicken, and fresh fish. Back in 1967, we bought the best beef available from Davison Chudacoff Meat Company and today we continue the tradition with West coast prime meat company. All of our certified Angus beef is aged to our specifications, and then hand cut into thick, juicy steaks! We offer 8 & 12 oz prime top sirloin, 12oz New York strip steak, 8 & 11 oz Filet mignon, 11 oz Teriyaki ribeye,18 oz center cut T-bone along with a 14 oz Duroc pork chop.
